Just received this today and it works beautifully thus far with the bar down. As for the bar up it doesn’t fully go up as both side bars hit a piece in the front preventing it. Will circle back to my review once I receive assistance.Update: the bar issue was user error and my husband was able to show me the correct way. The seller was extremely communicative to assist in rectifying the issue and offering assistance.

Well it was quite heavy than what I expect it to be but that’s just me with my noodle arms. Once I was able to get that front wheel rolling and stuck some furniture pad sticker it was better to glide around!I did had trouble pushing the handle back but I kept trying and eventually got it to lock in place, it was a little tricky as I had to lift it to push back then lock, just play around with it till I figure it out.The machine was very quiet and not to loud it came working out the box amazing! My mom did a test run for 20 min half walk half jog and control works very well and so did the touchscreen. So far so good and hope to have years with it!

I really wanted to like this product and I was so excited to try it and make it a part of my daily routine. However, I have never, ever had to battle with adjusting the belt on a treadmill/walking pad as I have had to do on this thing and It came like this right out of the box. So disappointed. I really wanted this to work, but you shouldn’t have to adjust a belt for the amount of times that I had to do - to adjust it when this is supposed to be brand new. I received this yesterday, April 1 and I started using it right away and the first thing I noticed was that noise that you get when the belt is off. No big deal, all it needs is a little adjustment – easy enough. However, after adjusting the belt, it continue to move, again no big deal, just continue to adjust. Nevertheless this thing keeps moving and that is not normal because I’m not new to treadmills or walk pads so needless to say this thing is going back. Maybe I got a defective one, I don’t know, but this was my experience.4-20 - I am updating my review. The customer service is really good and I have to give them a five just for that, but I am taking out two stars because the product that I received was defective. I’m not 100% sure why I was not able to do an exchange but it is what it is. I’m going to see if I can have someone look at it and maybe fix it for me but other than that I think I just got a dupe. One of the things that I really liked about this walk pad is that it does fold really nicely under my bed so that’s a perk. The little bit that I was able to walk on it before the belt started shifting to the left was that it wasn’t super loud, but not super quiet either. Either way the noise level wasn’t so bad. I can’t give you guys any more review on the actual product because mine was defective but if you have any issues, the customer service is pretty good.

The motor is louder than I expected, but other than that it's great.

REVIEW UPDATE: Customer Support contacted me and made things right. Despite me only asking for a refund, they worked with me to make sure I was happy and satisfied. I received a new walking pad which came in great conditions and in a timely manner. I have not had a chance to try it out yet, but I’m excited to get my steps in. I will update with new photos once I am able to try it out, but wanted to make sure I gave them a much better rating for the great customer service they offered....The machine came broken from a corner. The handle is also super low, definitely not recommended for people taller than 5.5 ft.

I love this treadmill it’s great! Works as described and it’s very quiet. The wheels for transport are very convenient!
