This book is an easy get to the point of yoga therapy kind of book. I am really enjoying it, I am pretty well educated in the yogi world but this book does not repeat a lot the basics it kind of jumps right into the meat of what you need to know as a therapist and yoga as your therapy (mentally & physically) very worth it😉

A. G. Mohan and his wife Indra give both theoretical and practical explanation of Yoga application as taught by Shri T. Krishnamacharya. This easy to follow comprehensive book is a must for both teachers and practitioners of yoga. Mohan and his wife are amongst the best teachers in the world with a special ability to simplify the intricacies of Yoga practice for the individual with precision and user friendly manner.

I am a certified yoga instructor, and of my many teachers I found the one's who subscribed to the Ayurveda health philosophies the most "Healthy"! I am completing my certification in the Ayurveda yoga training and find the book most helpful. Worth reading just for the information and information!

This is an easy to understand book. I have used it for my own personal use but started using it in my yoga teacher training. It is a must -have for yoga teachers

I haven't gone through the entire book yet. But so far the book presents great detail with amazing clarity.
