This is a professional grade product. Sadly I bought something cheaper before this oneand it didn't do the job, but this is perfect. The cold pads are adequate to hold for a good 20 minutes. The pads are large enough to cover the whole knee area. The velcro supports have an internal pocket for the pad and have enough support to keep the cold pad in place even if you move around. Highly reccommended.

Fits anyone, really comfortable, gets cold on to the areas I needed, even stuck my frozen peas in the back of the knee for extra icing

Bought this before having surgery to deal with a meniscus tear to aid recovery after the Op. It worked a treat even in the first 48 hours through the pressure bandage I could feel the cooling effect. I am now 3 days post op and have no swelling.

The warp is not following the knee contour and is difficult to properly fit it at the expected strength. Price is not cheap for something we can't use.
