I have been taking vitamin D for a long time but after reading more about the health benefits I learned that Vitamins D and K are both fat-soluble vitamins and play a central role in calcium metabolism. Vitamin D promotes the production of vitamin K-dependent proteins, which require vitamin K for carboxylation in order to function properly, so basically we need to take vitamin K2 in order for vitamin D to be more effective.Up until I found this combination I had been purchasing K2 separately which worked out quite expensive. When I came across this product I was delighted as it makes life so much easier and economical. I like the strength of the product as I believe it suits me best for my needs plus the capsules are easy to swallow, which for me is a big bonus for me. The price is excellent too and I shall continue to use them in the future.

I have taken this product for six months now and I feel much better. I have always taken D3 as a docotor in Australia when I lived there advised me that this was the only supplement he took so that he did not catch the cold and flu in his surgery . I hardly get a cold now compared to about min 3 colds a year I used to get. I then read Six months ago that D3 with K2 helps with bones and the heart . I had two knee ops within 6 months and lost a lot of muscle and my bones were not as strong. As a lady in my 50's and my bones getting weaker this has helped so much more. I also have high blood pressure and a few heart attacks in the family so taking the D3 and K2 together for me is a double bonus . I will continue to take these as I have felt much better since taking them. Thank you

This is a great value vitamin D3/K2 supplement, especially as you only have to take one every other day (I must admit I didn't notice this at first and assumed it was one a day - this should be stated a bit more prominently in my view). The 120 capsules should therefore last you 240 days or about 8 months.The capsules come in a small plastic bottle with a sensible screw-top lid (which I much prefer to the sort you have to flip open). They are off-white and fairly small, so easy to swallow with water. I have not noticed any after-taste or other unwanted side effects.Everyone living in Britain is likely to benefit from D3 supplementation in the autumn and winter at least. That applies especially to older people and people with dark skins, who may not be able to generate as much Vitamin D from sunlight. The dose in these capsules (3000 iu) is comfortably over the Public Health England recommended minimum but also well under the PHE maximum safe limit of 10,000 iu.I hadn't heard much about Vitamin K2 before, but apparently it works synergistically with Vitamin D3 to help promote bone health and dental health. There is also some evidence it may help fight cancer. In particular, there are studies showing that a higher intake of K2 is associated with lower rates of advanced prostate cancer among men. As someone who has been treated for prostate cancer myself, that is obviously of particular interest to me.Overall, then, I highly recommend this supplement if you want to boost your Vitamin D3 intake and gain the additional benefits (which are still the subject of research) of Vitamin K2 as well. Five stars from me.

Due to the poor weather over the last few years we have been taking these to increase our Vitamin D intake. They are recommended due to the K2 which helps you you to absorb the Vitamin D better. It is important to keep your Vitamin D level up during the winter months when there is less sunshine. They are nit the cheapest but they do get good reviews.

I ordered a bottle of these capsules to try. They were to replace my usual vitamin D3 capsules. They were delivered fast and packed well. The actual capsules are of a high standard. The bottle is sturdy and has all the information about the capsules on the label. The capsules are easy to take and experienced no issues taking them. It's always hard to assess the effectiveness of capsules like these. But I've experienced no negative issues with them. I have no reason to believe they are not as stated on bottle. I will continue to use these capsules because I feel they are a good alternative to my usual capsules that were more expensive. I do recommend these capsules.

Usually I take D3 in an oil carrier but decided to check this product out due to the incorporation of K2 which is necessary alongside D3.As I was very deficient in D3 I was initially taking 10,000iu of D3 in an oil based carrier and a separate K2 at 100ug. With this product I have lowered the D3 to 1 capsule daily giving me 3000iu D3 and 100ug K2. It's also important to make sure that the K2 is in the form of MK7 which this product is.Overall I'm saving money not only by reducing the amount of capsules I take but because I'm not having to buy the D3 and K2 separately.My D3 levels are increasing so the product obviously works and I will purchase this product again rather than the ones in an oil based carrier.

Vitamins D supplement. Perfect if u are deficient of vitamin D. Good quality and recommended.

Bonjour J'avais déjà commandé ce produit qui m'as fait un très grand bien je me senstais en pleine forme je l'ai recommandé mais je n'ai toujours pas reçu ma commande j'ai contacté le vendeur qui a pris de suite mon problème au sérieux et qui m'as bien dit si je ne le reçois pas dans les jours à venir j'aurai un remboursement mais ceci dit je recommanderais chez ce vendeur très honnête Ce complément n'aucun produit animal 😊très bon pour les végétariens je recommande ce produit de bonne qualité ,la vitamine D est très importante en cette période de covid.
