Why did you pick this product vs others?:Wasn't comfortable with recent studies linking erythritol to heart disease.Cooling effect:This has virtually no funky cooling effect or aftertaste. It is the most like sugar - which makes it that much harder to lose the taste for sweets but it is a very good product.Longevity:Product doesn't last long in our house. We're keto/carnivore but we use this daily in our tea and coffee and for making "keto crack".

Monkfruit with Allulose is sweet with no aftertaste. Monkfruit with Erythritol is more commonly found in stores, but it does leave a strange cold taste. I was happy to find that Amazon had Monkfruit with Allulose. I use it in baking or just sprinkling it on something I want to be sweet. I am very happy with the product. One thing to note, though. It is a bit expensive, especially compared to the cost of white sugar but my health is worth the cost.

Pretty good taste, it’s not exactly the same as regular sugar, but sweet enough to replace sugar. Doesn’t have an overly strong stevia flavor like some sugar alternatives have. It’s more mild. Overall it’s a good replacement for those on a restricted diet or health concerns like diabetes. A little pricey but considering it’s meant to reduce sugar/calorie intake I think it’s worth the price for those who benefit from it. I haven’t tried it in baking yet, but it’s worked for me in my beverages hot and cold.

This is the best no carb sweetener on the market.The last piece to my 20 carb a day diet was my coffee. NUTRASWEET has wood alcohols in it and tastes bad. My geneticist suggested to stay away from it. The other ones like Stevia can effect the heart.They have not found any thing wrong with Allouse to date. You can use it like sugar in any anything, including baking!The 5lbs bag lasts me about 8 weeks. I am not ordering it all the timeDelivery is a couple days, good for me!I suggest for anyone seeking a healthier, better tasting, non artifical sweetener.I read that new Allouse formula is making its way through the FDA. It sweetens well and has a good taste. I like that it has allulose and not erythritol. It melts into my coffee and tea just like other sweeteners.

I’m very satisfied with this purchase. The monk fruit sugar is great quality—no aftertaste, dissolves well, and works perfectly as a sugar substitute in my drinks and baking. Will definitely buy again!

Why did you pick this product vs others?:I have been buying various brands of plain Allulose and adding monkfruit to up the sweetness as needed. I saw this months ago, but was hesitant to order it since it was "golden". I had a not too great experience with brown Allulose in the past and was skeptical. I finally tried it today in my morning tea, and it is wonderful. I always used evaporated cane juice or natural sugar in the past, and this has the same flavor. I am looking forward to using this in my baking. Unfortunately, I just purchased two pounds of white Allulose, but I'll be mixing the two until those are used up, then switching to this 100%.
