Noticed my lens cover was broken at 10 AM, ordered at 11 AM, arrived next day at 1 PM.It took me five minutes to install. I hit the old lens with a heat gun for 10 seconds, all the shattered pieces stuck to the old adhesive as it pulled up. Cleaned out the area with a toothpick. I set down new adhesive, placed the glass on glossy-side up, and it was done. I couldn't ask for an easier process.There are a few bad reviews here, so let's break it down:"Adhesive is not the right fit" - it fits fine, just need to be accurate. It's not the entire width of the plastic, a little bit smaller. It's wider than the aperture which is what matters. If you fat-finger it, you will definitely have to pull it out and try again."Too small to fit Pixel 2XL" - this reviewer purchased the Pixel 2 size, they are different phones.

The glass for the Pixel 2XL fits, but the adhesive did not fit correctly. The adhesive was too wide and the narrow inside diameter caused it to contact the camera adversely affecting its stabilization and autofocus ability. I was able to fashion my own adhesive with 3M LCD tape. It is also important to note when ordering, to select the correct option, as the description is misleading, and the Pixel 2 and Pixel 2XL are different sizes.

This was an easy fix and you can't beat the price!

TOO SMALL IN DIAMETER for the pixel 2 xl. Needs to be at least 1mm bigger to properly fit. Interferes with the camera focusing and other fuctions because the adhesive ring hits the camera modile

Worked as expected

Too small sticker for google pixel 2, does not stay on, and now the camera is worse than before. Should have kept the shattered glass instead of buying this product.
