It didn’t do anything for me. I still feel the same and while taking it my bowel movement was even less… I took it regularly before bed for the 7 days and literally nothing happened. I gave it some days after I finish the bottle in case it had to wait after the 7 days and nope still a week later and nothing happened. Too bad I can’t return it. I had high hope for this…

Was skeptical at first on how well a colon cleanse would. I can assure you that this 7 day treatment works a bit too well. Days 1-3 were uneventful, but after that the floodgates opened. The movements were both more frequent and larger. You definitely will want to keep an extra roll of TP around. Extra bonus points for being manufactured in the USA instead of being imported.
