Good replacement for regular suspension
My hard hat was always falling off my head when working sideways or underneath conveyor. I like how easy the strap connects/disconnects.My only critique: the slides that connect to the rivet on the hard hat don't have any kind of snapping. They slide on, and can easily unslide. Thankfully it's not possible when wearing the hat, but if you set it down a certain way, you'll have to correct it before putting it back on.
