I wa looking for a GLP1 natural alternative. This works! I have 1 scoop in my coffee and it curbs my hunger. When I do eat, I’m full faster. I highly recommend for blood sugar balance and weight management.

You will not look forward to your morning coffee! This product will not dissolve! I use a frother and hot coffee straight from the coffee maker, and it still does not dissolve. You have to keep shaking your coffee while you drink it because it will just be a pile at the bottom of your cup. It has a sand/dirt like consistency. Even if you try to swallow it down to get in your protein, it causes you to gag because of the undissolved sandy texture. The taste is absolutely terrible, and there is no cinnamon flavor. I added a dash of cinnamon and stevia to try to help this product taste better, but it doesn’t help at all! Please don’t waste your money! The woman in the advertisement video can’t be telling the truth. There is no way this is enjoyable. Ancient Nutrition should honestly take this product off the market if they have any conscious whatsoever. I won’t trust their products again!

I hated the cinnamon flavor. I wish the flavor would be more pronounced on label. I like this brand but can’t take the mystery of flavors. Be bold with labels please.

Product itself is great, put in my coffee every morning. Dissolves easily and love the cinnamon flavor. However I was a little disappointed to open the container (15.9 oz) and find it only half full. Why not ship in a container that reflects how much is really in it? This was not just product settling. To me this is false advertising and at $43.50 a pop claiming $2.74 an ounce when in fact there was probably 8oz of product making it more like $5.50 an ounce! Picture shows just opened.
