Q: can you hang a lantern inside the tent anywhere?

We hang the lantern on the toggle at the top of the sleeping compartment. It’s not designed for that but it works well. We normally hang a lantern off the top zip inside the sleeping compartment if needed inside the sleeping compartment when the zip is shut as no light gets in from outside

Q: Are there mesh outer doors?

The mesh is only on the inner tent door.

Q: does the front door unzip and be used as a canope using poles?

It does unzip but there aren't any extra poles to prop it up with, I expect you could add your own pools but you'd also have to add guy ropes to the bottom of the door to hold it up.

Q: Can you stand in this tent if your 5.6

No. I'm 5'6" tall and I have to stoop when moving around inside the tent. I can sit comfortably in a chair inside & have no problems standing while getting dressed.
