I bought this for my 3 year old to use while in the car. It eliminates him being able to switch the video every 3 seconds (ha). I also Iike that you can fold it out so everyone in the back seat can share and see the video.I recently lost one of the clips that attaches this holder to the headrest. I contacted Lisen via email and the customer service is great! I inquired about getting replacement parts, but they offered to send me a new one, FREE of charge!I will be continuing to use Lisen products.

UPDATE:The company, Lisen, reached out to see how they could make this right and they mailed, at their expense, a new product. It did fit the iPad, despite being labeled as an iPhone and it appears to work as described. I changed my review from 2 to 5 stars to reflect their commitment to making it right and the product working as described.ORIGINAL REVIEW:I'm unsure why my product is different from others, but here we go. I ordered this for my son to watch his iPad on long car trips. The product that arrived is sized for an iPhone, not an iPad. Amazon was great and sent a replacement immediately (and apparently refunded me at the same time). In any case, the replacement was also sized for an iPad, so I returned it as well. While I can't speak to the quality or features, you may receive the same product I did, which differs significantly from the description.

Really enjoy the easy of use with this item. The convenience of flipping the phone so the driver can peek at a map or a ad to skip on YouTube makes if very functional in those difficult moments. Keeps the kids happy. Angle in the middle can be set . Item isn't overly stiff, although it is difficult to get the phone into the holder when operating a vehicle it can be done. Product is sturdy.

This seems like a good holder maybe a little cheap, but doesn’t feel like it will break in your hands. Everything tightens easy enough with the little knobs. I have an F tool I can use to tighten the knobs when my hands hurt. I’m very surprised it holds the weight of the iPad and case! I love the fact it can be moved closer so my son can reach the screen.I knocked off a star just because I wish depth of the claws was deeper. You can see in the second picture it’s not all the way on, but I don’t think it will move.

I have bought multiple ipad holders, and this one is the best! The length is great, as I have to place this right in front of the seat with the baby car seat. Great customer service and I love how they have followed up to make sure everything was okay. I would buy from seller again!

As a person who travels a lot with her kids. The best entertainment is having them watch a movie. My daughter owns a kids kindle from Amazon and so I purchased this product to hold her kindle while she watches something during a long travel. It hooks to the driver or passenger seat nice and sturdy. It’s moveable so I could place the kindle in between the driver and passenger seat so that both my two kids could watch. I never had an issue with it and I’ve had it for 5 months. I haven’t tried my phone but I don’t need to knowing that my kids won’t be using my phone since they have the kindle.

Amazing at first and easy to install ! but not too stable and adjustable specially with kids trying to mount it in different directions! one of the pieces just flew when the kids moved in the different direction.so I took it off!

Simple constructed item, held a amazon fire 8 pretty secure. Got to test that out when I had to slam on the brakes on the freeway. it was easy for my 8 year old to figure it out so he could move it away or have it closer to him to make the changes on the video so he can get something on for him and his little brother to watch. this def helped out also because my youngest gets car sick when he looks at screens handheld, but this he stopped having them. Its easy to understand how to tighten it and remove it and install it. I recommend this item.
