I had random episodes of heart palpitations over the past few years, they would generally last anywhere from three to four weeks, then disappear for several months. I went to a cardiologist, they did an EKG, and I wore a heart monitor for two weeks, and nothing was found. At the beginning of this year I got a new bout of heart palpitations that for the first time didn't go away like before. After dealing with it for six or seven weeks, I decided to go see a cardiologist again, this time got an Echocardiogram, and a CT scan, again nothing found, and a calcium score of 0.So after having watched quite a few videos talking about electrolyte imbalance being a possible cause for heart palpitations, and the common magnesium deficiency many people suffer from our modern diets, I decided to try this magnesium complex because it had the four highly recommended magnesium's (Malate, Glycinate, Taurate, and Lactate). I have no idea if there's any true direct correlation to my palpitations having stopped because of this, but they did stop within a week of taking it, and I have not had them return so far for the past 8 months.

It's good for me and I'd rather take it in the evening for it'll relax me very well.
