If you have ever used foil fringe curtains in the past, these are no different. They have a glue/tape strip at the top that make them easy to attach anywhere. The black wasn’t actually solid metallic black… it’s actually a sheer black, but when hanging they read as a true black. The gold is a bit on the yellow side, but again, they fulfilled their purpose.Normally, I will use these cut in half and like to place them in between my living room and family room areas, but my goal this time was to make a colorful fringe backdrop. These worked very well and were nice and durable. If I need both black and gold in the future, I would definitely reorder
