A really good nasal rinse. I fine mist that is still strong enough for your nasal passages.I recently (this week) had sinus surgery and this spray is very helpful in keeping my nose clean and loosening up the blood and mucus.

The spray is easy to use & for me, it works very well to flush out & give you an open airway quickly👍🏻😊

The saline spray is exactly as promised - it’s more concentrated and “saltier” (like inhaling sea water). Unfortunately, it’s too strong for my nasal tissues as the solution doesn’t heal the scabs inside my nose from the excess allergy irritation and dryness. Sadly, I’m going to have to throw it away, obviously, as I can’t share it but it’s my own fault for getting the extra strength version of the spray. I’m going to try the regular strength next. The spray is easy to use - just be aware that it comes out strong when the applicator mechanism is pressed.

This stuff is amazing. I used it in my 3 stuffed up kids and noticed a big difference a day later. We used twice a day and the snot poured out

sprayer doesn't work well, half spray.If sprayed properly, would maybe buy again. Saline solution is effective, but poor sprayer sprays very little 😢
