Ankle Ice Pack Wrap for Swelling, Reusable Gel Ice Pack for Ankle Injuries, Cold Compress Therapy for Foot Pain Relief, Achilles Tendonitis, Plantar Fasciitis, Sprains

Waiting on it because I see my doc soon, but pretty sure I've got a stronger flare up of extensor tendonitis. Usually compression has not been good, but also I found that using a mini cold pack felt like it made it worse, and I think it was because it wasn't really suited to the shape of the foot and ankle, as opposed to this thing, which feels 1) amazing, 2) like it is making broad and uniform contact with the whole area, and 3) like it is neither too much or too little pressure, since it's very adjustable.Because they're reversible and I got a pack of two, I've been getting just the amount and level of cold I need. Wrapping it around is pretty intuitive, but what's nice is that the velcro on the end can be folded over to shorten it by a couple inches, without it losing strength or starting to pull apart, so it stays steady and retains a good fit. Having the same level of contact and pressure across the area is helpful. Despite that it leaves indentations on my skin, the uniformity makes it more comfortable and -actually- helpful for the area, when trying to do something similar before was making it worse instead. So this is a great change.Especially if you want something to go near or on a joint, it's worth getting for the difference in trying to wrestle or deal with something that isn't designed for, well, bendy parts of your body. I've also had some other, larger and very flexible ice packs, but they ended up being too heavy, and this hasn't, so I would rec this over, well, something big and squarish or rectangular, because weight does matter.

I twisted my ankle and needed an easy way to ice it, this worked perfectly. The strap and design make it very practical for the ankle, the size is enough for any regular person. The velcro holds it in place without a problem.

I found these to be slightly awkward because I have short arms and long legs. I can't quite reach far enough down to be able to wrap these around the bottom of my foot and around the back of my ankle.For those who have long arms, I think I would highly recommend these as I did like the fit once I could get them on correctly. I also really like the soft surface of the pad and the flexibility and how much cold it keeps. Very easy to freeze and use in a short amount of time.When caveat with these is that the velcro part only sticks to the strap not to the fuzzy backing of the cold pad itself, so you really only can put it on in the configuration suggested by the product photos and I was hoping to be able to strap it on by connecting the Velcro to the fuzzy pad. If you don't have any misconceptions like this you'll be good to go lol

I have a low ankle sprain, and this works great! The gel is soft enough to mold. I pull the strap around twice. Should still probably wear a sock or something, regardless of which side of the ice pack you use. I should have bought 2 to have one at work.

Very effective to reduce swelling & tenderness of achilles tendon. Choice of cloth or plastic sides to regulate coldness works well. Easy to strap on. Duration is about an hour, so I bought two to chill one while wearing the other.

I bought this for my ankle and my heal. If you want it for just your ankle it works pretty good to go around both sides of your ankle and ice it. The pack doesn't stay cold for that long. You have about 25 min. of cold therapy then it's getting warmer. I like the Velcro strap, it does keep it in place. I've tried to wrap it under my heal and around my outer ankle and that's tougher to get in place where both areas are getting cool. I kept it, but my other large gel pack is more pliable and I can maneuver it better and just wrap a belt around it to keep it in place. It's ok. I wouldn't rush out to buy it.

Fits very well. I have large feet and ankles and it works well. Wraps around and stays in place

These ice packs for the ankle work great. It is exactly as described. Material for the ice packs is soft Uncomfortable and it's easy to use.
