My friend who just recently started a new job which required her to stand for several hours caused her arches to ache. She also has high arches, which aggravated her pain. Bought this for her to try out and she loved it -- the gel pads cushion and the arch support works great. The compression socks help lock things in place and even with her wedged boots, she didn't feel any pain at the end of a long work day! Would definitely also recommend for use in sports, such as Tennis where there is a lot of start-stop motion!

These did absolutely nothing for my painful heels. I've bought other products that have helped, I should have stuck with what I know.

The gel heels & black heel sock seemed to help. The arch thing wasn’t particularly useful as I have high arches. All in all worth the money.

I have issues with weak and sometimes unstable ankles and purchased this set for extra support. The compression socks are great and quite comfortable. I really like the wraps a lot and they've really helped. With a bone spur on my heel the silicone support has been so beneficial. For the price of one item I was able to purchase an entire set, very well worth it.

These really didn't help at all. The silicone heal sleeve made my foot and ankle break out.

I don't normally write reviews for products, but felt I needed to for this product. I'm extremely happy with Fittest Pro. For the first time in months I am able to walk thru my day without excruciating heel and foot pain, using the silicone heel pads. My pain seems to be worse upon waking so I wore the compression socks while sleeping. For the first time in months I had NO heel pain upon waking!!! VERY happy...

this is a good product especially for people like me with trouble feet, especially my heels , Once i put them on , i was able to run, go up and down the stairs without feeling the pressure on my heels , The soft gel like one works well while in the house , iv trying wearing the rubber one with shoes and they dont stay on. im very happy wiyh the way me feet now feel
