bird deterrent
These are great for keeping birds off your deck or porch. We attached long pieces of ribbon to our front chandelier & then to the ceiling fan pulls on the patio. When the light hits them the birds stay away. Fingers crossed, so far so good for our little house in the country.

Something is simple as this can keep birds out of trees
In the past, trying to protect our cherries in the trees, we’ve tried gnats, which, if it gets windy, will destroy a little tree these little 3-D shiny ribbons, which actually flutter in the wind without hurting the tree was all it took to keep birds away from the cherries this year Great idea great product

Works as described
I used tis reflective tape for my porch. Birds were nesting there this spring. Put this tape on the railings and the birds have vanished.

Works so far!
We have large windows in our hone that birds kept running into. Got this to deter them from hitting and it's working so far. Pleased with it.

Works for a couple days to deter birds then it loses its intended effect. Maybe my birds are smarter than average :)The quality is decent.

Birds-B-Gone
Some fishing line, this tape, and some old CDs and...Birds-B-Gone! I don't see why a little strips of this on a fishing lure wouldn't work too (it too would catch the sun). I've used mylar on bass lures and it worked great!
