With age (I am 85), I no longer fall asleep at once, sleep all night, and leap out of bed in the morning. However, I find that with this product I can once again fall asleep at once and fall back asleep after getting up for the bathroom, and if I don't leap out of bed in the morning, I do get enough sleep overnight to start the day happily. I've tried several sleep aids, and this is the one that works best for me.

I think this supplement helped me sleep and did make me feel calmer, but when I took the recommended dosage I felt intermittently dizzy(room spinning) for up to 4 days after. It was positional and I never felt so bad I didn’t try it again, but I feel like it’s worth knowing that it’s possible to have that type of side effect. When I’d take only 2 capsules I was only sorta dizzy for a few hours I took it.

I bought this to help with sleep and so far I have not had it long enough to give it a rating, but the value was very good. Quality appears very good .

I’ve done a lot of research on the best supplements to take for anxiety and recovery from burn out and they almost all recommend Rhodiola and Ashwagandha. This is the best combo I have found so far! I am only taking 2 a day, one at 9am and another around noon to 1pm. Then I take just an ashwagandha before bed. I am feeling more like myself again after only 3 weeks. It was not an overnight thing…so give it time and consistency. You won’t regret it!!

I HAVE BEEN VERY PLEASED WITH THIS PRODUCT WHICH HAS DEFINITELY IMPROVED THE DURATION AND QUALITY OF MY SLEEP. I WILL DEFINITELY BUY MORE IN THE NEAR FUTURE.

I have used the products, but I have not noticed a significant difference in anything. However, when you research the product online through other resources, it does get good reviews so it has a quality product. I’m sure it just didn’t work for me.
