The media could not be loaded. Since the day I installed the AC, I have been experiencing persistent noise issues. While I was advised to replace certain parts, I am not comfortable with this solution and would prefer to return the unit instead.I kindly ask for your support in expediting this process. If the matter is not addressed promptly, I will be left with no choice but to share my experience, along with a video, on the Bluestar review page and Amazon review page.I hope for a swift resolution to this matter. Please let me know if any further details are needed from my side.

Very very small AC ( indoor unit ) Plastic looks very cheap 😕
AC size is Too Small , I do not understand this AC 1.5 Ton or 1Ton .And Importantly customer to pay Extra amount for the installation ,Blue star service engineers will demand More & More Beware of this Expenses.Smart feature available but we need to pay 1699/rs more to obtain.First Time i bought Blue star AC disappointed and request no one to buy Blue star indian product.. previous was LG 2 AC very large Indoor Unit with Super Technology , However Korean company products are like LG , samsung are Great products in the Electronics industry.I will never suggest this brand to anyone.
