Got this for my 5 year old daughter for Christmas, she loves it. There’s lots of little pieces so best to have a little box to keep them safe in. The colours are bright and it comes already made so no need to assemble. It’s not massive so a good toy for playing with at the table

Niece was happy

Currently priced at £32.99, I feel this is a more suitable gifting price range.I had the pleasure of having yet another very excited visit from my 3 year old Niece, as she doesn’t have all her toys here it’s important that the few that we do have are worthy of hours of entertainment and this did deliver.She was super keen to get her out and get her mermaid tail on and fill the pool with water so she could see the colour change and she found it particularly funny when flounder splashed the water. This was about 15 minutes worth of entertainment after that she went off and played with her all over the house, taking her to see the dogs and sat on the floor playing with her for what felt like ages. At this point I was starting to wonder if the rest of the house was irrelevant but she returned and put her in the dress, took her for a dance (with music that we had to find right that second as she couldn’t miss the party) and then proceeded to play with the rest of the house taking her to the table for dinner and then putting her to bed.She got a solid couple of hours out of it and it was honestly such a great find. She even took the doll into the bath with her and then put her to bed after on the condition that we could go back down to play with her in the morning.Fantastic!

Personally i feel this is a little high with the rrp but like everything that is branded you pay the price for the name.Lovely bit of kit and perfect for every wannabe mermaid i juist felt it was small for what the cost is.Obviously my daughter loved it, excellent bright colours and nice additions such as the spinning dance floor and the water splash.I would purchase this as a gift ie birthday or christmas but not as a every day gift.

A plastic, glitzy "dolls house" theme for a Disney character (NB not the recent live action movie).As it is Disney, there is a premium on the price for the name, as similar items, unbranded, can be much cheaper.Of course, the little one will love this but the adult might query value for money.Has moving parts and Ariel can convert from mermaid to human, which is a nice touch. Accessories are the quality of those toys attached to kids' comics.
