Back in the early aughts I was really into "bulletproof coffee," strong coffee with a tablespoon of pure butter added to it, as a precursor to every single morning workout. I admit it took a while for me to smarten up and switch to an MTC oil which I have been adding to my post-workout smoothie for at least a decade. This little pill takes the place of the MTC oil. Really convenient to have these on hand for travel since the TSA frowns upon traveling with a bottle of MTC oil in one's carry-on. No aftertaste, no grossly flavorful burbs, and no messy drips down a bottle. I still intend to use MTC oil, but this stuff is great as an alternative. The reason for four stars is solely due to my beef with over-packaging. There are 30 medium-sized pills in a bottle which would easily hold two and a half times that amount. Just stop wasting all that plastic and put it in a smaller bottle.

I haven't noticed any bad side effects, but they say it could take a while to really feel the full benefits.The packaging seems a bit excessive since the pills take up so little space inside, but no issues with the packaging otherwise.

My bottle carries an expiration date 22 months out, so freshness is good. After several days, I’ve experienced no gastrointestinal discomfort or other issues, which is good.Coming to the bottom line, I would have preferred to see 60 capsules per container at the current selling price, so minus one star for value, but still a product I can recommend.
