Hot tub came with the house we purchased so I had no history on it. It seemed well maintained, but even with perfect chemical balances it smelled so musty and had a slight green hue. This stuff worked WONDERS. Within 2 or so minutes of running the solution through the gunk started to show in the foam. I was so shocked at how much gunk was in the pipes of this hot tub!!! Dipping the shammie in the water removed all of the green gunk from the headrests etc. A couple hours and the hot tub looks and smells new, and the water is crystal clear!! Will totally be using this again in a couple months. The process was so easy.

Product works well however, it is a small package not a bottle, I love the towel it comes with; it is small but is really good to clean and dry surfaces. I even use it to wipe my mirror and it does wonders.

Didn’t foam like the video while cleaning so it really made it difficult to determine if it was actually working or not ran two timed cycles with the jets on high before stopping and draining. Saw some flaky material floaters while draining so I am guessing that was something maybe from the jets!

The media could not be loaded. The last time we filled the tub, it had a funky smell within a couple of days. 💩 I didn't want to drain it again, but then again... I don't want to sit in gunk stew. Enter Ouster. I put it in and during the first 5 minutes or so, I didn't think it was going to do anything. But 20 minutes later I was completely grossed out by the gunk it scraped out of the pipes.So if you don't want to sit in gunk stew, do yourself a favor and clean the pipes! 💦

Easy to use - just dump into spa and run for 30 mins. Foamed up really well and seems to have cleared my problems (mold in water). Drained spa and refilled - been running a couple weeks now with no mold and water maintaining chemical balance. No noticeable smell that I smelled.Seems a little expensive though for what is essentially a small 1 time use pack (about the size of a large ketchup or salad dressing pack), but did the job. Even a little of scrubbing was easy to do.

I’ve never used a product like this before. It was great. I own a plug-in play, and it worked wonders.
