Lovely gummies to help you worry less about sleep
These gummies really help to get you ready for bedtime by easing the stress of the day. They taste good, and are much easier than the dropper version.They work great for a perimenopausal mum and her teenager, too. I still have occasional insomnia and struggle to sleep some nights, but these do help.

TASTY!
They are delicious, and they seem to work. However, I have to eat a few in order to notice anything, and they are very pricey, considering I have to buy this bottle more frequently than I should. But overall, I say give them a go, as they might help you get less anxious before bed!

Best we’ve tried
We did lots of research and decided to give these a try, my son now settles into his bed each night and goes to sleep much easier than he was doing, these have formed part of his routine. They taste good so no battles getting him to take them and the fact they’re on subscriptionn means I don’t run out

Did absolutely nothing! Took them part of a routine and balanced diet! Didn’t help me sleep either! Don’t waste your money!

I’ve tried the rest and now I’m taking THE BEST!!!!!Can highly recommend. I take 1 gummy 1/2 hour before bed and I’ve can’t remember the last time I slept so well!!!! Quite simply The Best!!! Zzz 😴

Promote Calmness to help settle down to sleep
One usually helps but some nights I get up a few hours later if I have not fallen asleep yet and take another and then fall asleep with in 45 minutes or less. It helps get rid of my racing thoughts so I can relax. I felt like I was running on adrenaline last night. Took 1 about 10:30 - then about 2:30 took another as I was still wide awake. The 2nd one seemed to help unless I was just finally ready to sleep. But usually when I feel like that, I don't sleep at all, so I think it helped.I am going to start taking 2 when I feel I am running on adrenaline
