The media could not be loaded.  The sound is really good! I purchased another projector years ago, but I don’t really use it because the sound is too quiet. This is excellent! Sound in video is not even at 100% and comes through loud and clear. Picture is also good, and it’s really easy to set up. The video is from my computer, which I hooked up through HDMI. I will definitely be using this projector frequently.

EDIT:TLDR;Item quickly broke down. No response from seller or manufacturer about a refund they had promised and no response back about honoring warranty.I originally left a five star review for this item because it seemed to be a good item for the price. However, the item soon began having issues with the image projected being warped and distorted resulting in an offset image. The picture is blurry on one side as well which is confusing to me.What makes it frustrating is that the seller offered a full refund for the item right before the close of the return window but now will not respond to my messages and will not keep their promise now that the return window has closed. This came after weeks of no feedback. I thought maybe they were busy and so I have tried to contact again and again but still nothing. I have submitted messages asking to honor their warranty with a replacement. Also no response. I hope they will finally respond and help with this. I hate to leave negative feedback like this and I really don't like pestering the seller with this issue but I really don't know what else I can do at this point. This has been a super frustrating experience and I hope they will keep their word as a business.Original review:I wanted a projector to use in a medium sized room that would have some light coming from a lamp in the corner. This product really helps serve my needs and produced a good picture even when the room was lit in this manner. While like any projector, it tends to work better in darkness, I appreciated the fact it worked in these conditions. I was actually surprised by the sound quality. I did have a certain level of expectation but I think it overceeded what I was expecting from a projector of this size. For the price, I think this is a great choice for a budget to midrange projector. When comparing it with those extremely expensive projectors that go for thousands of dollars, obviously it will be different but I think this item is competitive in this price range for sure.In terms of the service TopTro was able to help with an issue with the item I was facing. I appreciated their product and service for this reason.

I wanted to have a projector to carry around when traveling and TopTro 9500 Lumens seems to work nicely. The brightness level and color quality are nice enough and it comes with some quality of life features. The price point is a little higher than the competition, but on a deal they are comparable.Packaging: The box was a little banged inside the Amazon box, but inside was OK. The projector bag is a really nice feature to have. It feels nice and makes it easy to carry the projector. It contained a power cord, an HDMI cable, an old style video connection cable, and a remote.Positioning: The projector comes with a small height adjuster underneath. Together with the keystone lens to pivot the lens, screen alignment works well. I used it on two surfaces: On a table and elevated a little above the ground. Both times it worked well enough. It is supposed to be watched from farther than ~1.5 m otherwise it gets blurry. Focus works well.Picture quality: I used it on a rough wall. It looked good enough with webpage fonts readable. I didn't try it on a good screen.Color/brightness: Good color contrast and decent brightness. It's hard to see, but at color ~50, you can see some discrete color changes near purple. As you increase color, it becomes more continuous.Sound: Sound was more powerful then I expected. It works fine as a sound outlet when needed.Quality of life: I didn't have a Wifi projector before, so I was surprised when I used Miracast to easily cast my PC screen to the projector. It's very easy to connect. There is quite a delay (~300 ms) in screen response, but it's the similar to my TV. I couldn't use it with my pixel phone as it doesn't support Miracast, so I'm not sure about casting over phone.Overall, I'm happy with the product at this price point.

The media could not be loaded.  Our toddler hates brushing teeth and only way he cooperate is with showing video. We used to hold phone up while other person brush her teeth but it was tough on my arm and also require two parents. Now we use protector on ceiling while we brush her tooth laying down on bed and it’s been a lifesaving tool for us! Set us is so easy.. just turn on the projector, set up phone for screen mirroring, adjust the angle… that’s it! Great quality photo and sound as you can see on my video. Now our older daughter wants one on her room so she can watch movie, YouTube, TikTok when her friends visit her. We never thought we need projector before but now it’s a must have for our house!!

The media could not be loaded.  Very hard to get a crisp picture and focusing was very limiting. I was able to get my firestick to work with it but that was the only good thing I liked. I see now that I will need 4k quality. Also I did not get a screen sheet that is supposed to come with it. I will be returning.

I have been testing this out for a few weeks now and I am loving it so much. I don’t usually watch movies but ever since I got this projector, I now have a regular movie night schedule. Easy to set up, I use my laptop to watch movies and videos. The picture wuality is really good. I guess my only complaint is that the sound of the projector fan is a little bit loud for me just because I use this in my room and dont have a big space to put the projector farther. But overall, this is super worth it!
