I used to get my gel bars to ease pain and inflammation from the local chemists but they became so expensive and didn't late very long. So I was eager to try these instead and have not been disappointed. Super gel bars, larger than chemists ones and easy to refreeze again and again.

Got the order on time the item is great and good quality but I brought the two pack and only received one. Really good if you want hot ears, the pads sit a bit too high to warm your jaw up if you use it the way the picture suggests. Better to place the base on your chin and strap round the crown of your head just make sure you’re not planning on eating or speaking at all. Generally relaxing for my teeth clenching pain, makes me want a nap the minute I put it on

Bought this originally after suffering from face swelling in the mornings (cause unknown). Used this to help with reducing swelling as part of getting ready routine and it was great. Super lightweight and comfortable to wear, works well and stays lovely and cold for a while.

I found these gel packs freeze quickly and are robust yet flexible. Very good for relieving my pain or discomfort on joints and muscle issues.

After finding that I have osteoarthritis in both thumbs, and with some fingers, I ordered the large 2 pack of these gel pad expecting them to be more flexible than they turned out to be.Their rather rapid ability to freeze is great, and the time they remain cold. But with that cold comes lessening flexibility that meant wrapping these around parts of my hands and writs simply was not going to happen.They remained fairly rigid up to the point of no longer being really functional, meaning not cold.I can imagine that on larger more flattened areas, like legs or back, perhaps shoulders these would be useful.This is not a quality issue, in that respect the yare fine. They are just not suitable for use as I described my needs and consideration has to be given for any areas where they could need to be wrapped, and expect them to keep in that position. Even with a towel wrapped over them, they were quite rigid overall.The only criticism, minor, the edging of the plastic is somewhat sharp to touch, so be careful there.Overall, depending on your needs these could be most beneficial. I bought this to help with my trigeminal neuralgia and it really made a difference. You can position the ice packs whereever you like around your head, allowing you to really hit the point of your pain. Fab idea. The ice packs that come with it are great to have in the freezer too.

It's easy to use and retains cold temp for about 20 minutes. Quality seems good and comfortable to wear. Good value overall.
