Amazing product Solgar is the King of Vits and it was a bonus to get the capsules at a very good priceMany Vit B compounds are the size of horse tablets These aren’t. I would think it’s because they aren’t pumped full of fillers Infact a sales person in a well known vit store said as much when I enquirer why there’s were so large and diff to swallowThey really do the trick My husband and I changed from a senior multi vit To these B compound and a D as we felt the winter had left us low and tired and we can both feel the difference after only a weekI’ll get them for my granddaughters next exams too as she also finds B compound beneficial at times of stress but struggles with the ‘horse tabs’

A natural professional once told me that Vitamin B or Complex taken three weeks before a hot country visit would keep the mosquitoes away and he was right.
