Having tried numerous creatine products, starting with the powder which I just couldn't stomach, through raw-edge 'lozenge'-type products which are also quite hard to take (being large in size, rough and uncovered meaning the foul taste still lingers), capsules are the most convenient, pleasant way to ingest this supplement. The more barriers you can eliminate from the healthy habits yours trying to form, the more likely you are to sustain them, and so if you want to keep up your supplements get ones that aren't horrid to take. This is the cheapest price I could find for the type of product, the large dose inside each means less time popping 'pills' and the creatine inside seems perfectly competitive with the best I've tried. I re-buy this because I think it's the best.

I was more for 8 smaller capsules than 4 of those which usually give me sore throat. What's next even bigger what for?

I've used many brands of creatine over the years, this is my new favourite. Easier to swallow than many of the brands I've tried, and as long as you swallow the capsules before they start to dissolve on your tongue, they have no offputting taste. For the amount of creatine per tablet and amount of tablets included, these are the best value I've found, and I shall be buying again for the forseeable future.

Wouldn't be without it now. I take 4 each go and feel a slight rush, almost pre workout like. Great creatine and so handy with it been tablets. They're big though so us straight guys will struggle a bit but you'll get used to it.

I bought this product for my husband as the previous brand he uses has been discontinued. He’s absolutely delighted with the product & feels it’s a better quality than his former supplement brand. Definitely worth the money (they are double the price in our local shop!) & will be purchasing again!
