Work well in cooling my poor knee. Seems well made and sturdy. Got 2 for efficiency. Would recommend.I took 1 star of as it do not hold temperature for long by itself and when you are in pain you don't want (or can't) go back and forth. I keep main in insulated lunch bag in between aplications.
