There is no warranty and product is useless
The media could not be loaded. This product is absolutely useless and the tubelights are of very poor quality, which gets fuse in 2 months.Secondly it lacks proper technology for killing flies - kills not even one fly during the day.Thirdly, customer service support is another story - they do not listen and put down the phone.Fourthly, if you call customer support next time, again the whole story needs to be explained.Fifthly, THERE IS NO WARRANTY DESPITE WHAT IS SAID AND DONE.Even after a month, there is an issue, they will ask money for replacement part.

Worst product with worst customer service
Product stopped working only after 1 week of usage ! Cheap parts and materials used ! When called service team ! They said they will send technician ! Which did not show up for more than a week and keep giving weird irrelevant excuses ! Technician is still not here ! And my money has been wasted ! Please do not buy this product ! Rather buy a china product for cheap

Very good and useful mosquito killer
I was looking for a good and useful mosquito killer for a long time, I bought mijia and some other products before and its not good at all, even when I buying this product, I was not sure about the performance.But this product performance is outstanding and I will recommend to anyone looking for a good mosquito killer. The only one problem I faced was the light tube will be off if we clean it or move it, then need to rotate the tube to lot it.
