Very pleased
I was a little worried when reading the reviews. But decided to take a chance. Package arrived in perfect condition and expiration was acceptable. They stopped carrying this product at the grocery stores is near me. So I’m happy to have found it here. Its the perfect high protein snack. Only thing I wish they still had the caramel inside, but that’s feed back for Bumblebee corp. Amazon did a get job. 👏

Tunalicious
These are delicious!! I ordered them for some field training that I had to go to and the flavor was wonderful. I didn't even need to add salt or the usual food fixer, hotsauce! Definitely recommend. If you like tuna. But honestly, if you're looking at this, you must.

A long over due and interesting addition to the "On The Run" line
Have tried both the "Mild Jalapeno" and "Zesty Lemon". Prefer the Mild Jalapeno (I think it's a better "adaptation" of what it's trying to be vs. the Zesty Lemon which perhaps due to the olive oil, the lemon is just kind of a vague background flavor that doesn't really bring all that much to the table). So right off the bat with the package in my hands I notice this is part of their "Prime" line. A new addition. Sure, let's see what that means. First, we open the tuna. Upon doing so I notice it's fairly standard in appearance and texture, nothing immediately or visually different from their cheaper products. Nearly a pate or "cat food consistency" notorious for being associated with can tuna. But we can look past that, after all it's going to end up the same consistency anyway, right?Next, I open the crackers. Now the crackers are pretty fancy. Nice subtle buttery flavor, large, and thick with a good crunch to them. Of course, people don't buy tuna for the crackers so let's get too hung on the quality of the secondary item. Now comes the most important part: the taste. It's fairly standard of tuna and crackers. The olive oil helps accent the taste of the tuna and with the crackers make it an overall pleasant experience and decent snack to have. $3 isn't too bad, though that can buy a good 3 pouches of tuna and with your own seasoning and crackers at home I don't see the different between the two being that drastic, other than obviously this product is much more convenient and "all-in-one."Overall, I'd buy it again but it's nothing overtly "higher end" or "much better" than what they had already, other than convenience of not having to have your own seasonings on hand. I mean it's Bumble Bee, I kind of expected a little better from their new "Prime" product line but it's fine. Hopefully they add new and more interesting flavors and change things up down the line. Those I would be glad to check out.

EVEN MY PICKY EATER SON LOVES THIS STUFF!
I first encountered this item on the checkout line at my local grocery store. I bought it on impulse as I was looking for a quick lunch that contained some protein. As soon as I saw it I was sold because I love anything that has olive oil and lemon in it. Then when I got home and tasted it and was in heaven! I bought three packs and as luck would have it when my son saw it on my plate he asked what I was eating and I offered him some knowing full well that he is a picky eater. Well, he surprised the heck outta me by saying that he loved the taste and could he have some! Yes! I was in heaven that he was asking to eat tuna!!! I served him the other pack and just sprinkled some kosher salt on it as I did for mine and he gobbled it up! Now it is a staple in our home :))

Partially air
The tin was partially air. If I come across another one, I will weigh it to see if the difference is significant. Not all of them, but out of ten so far, three of them have been significantly less packed than the others. For the price per pack, I feel cheated. Otherwise, still delicious. I miss the caramels these used to one with, but the quality and flavor of the tuna and the crackers is what keeps buying.

Love these for a quick and convenient lunch! Both the jalapeno and lemon are good--the lemon is slightly tastier (and oilier) to me but also slightly higher calorie. Sometimes the crackers come broken but not a big deal to me.
