No Instructions!!!!
I bought this for my 14yr old nephew who is about to go away to church camp. I got it because I love the song and it's a beautiful inspiring journal for a young man. I just wish it came with instructions on how to open it. I did however come with tips on what to do if you forget your password. But overall I love it.

Lock doesnt work anymore ;(
It worked totally for three months and then the lock got stuck and never opened even with the current code.

The lock broke
Just like almost everyone else has said, the lock broke on the first day. It worked fine for resetting the combination and I was hoping we got a good one. However the lock broke on the first day. It wouldn't unlock and I had to take the lock apart to get it open. If it doesn't lock, what's the point?

Awesome book
The material and setup of the journal is good.To reset password, slide the button to the right then change the code finally click the belt into the key hole.

Lock would not open
Nice quality journal, but we could not get the lock to open even with the instructions. Only way to use it is to break the lock which defeats the whole purpose.

I really love it but...
I really love it!!! It works great but I'm not sure what happened, if the lock was forced or what, but it doesn't open anymore with my code... What can I do???Update. The customer service was excellent they showed me how to unlock it :) love u!!!

WRITE DOWN YOUR PASSCODE
Such a wonderful product but my son locked it and forgot the passcode and now we can't open it ! :( Be mindful and write down your passcode !!!
