Bought this 4 times so far. I took a break from taking it for a bit when I got an ulcer (NOT related to taking these), but now I’m back on it daily. That said, I open the capsules and repack the contents into size 3 gelatin capsules to make them easy to swallow. I buy these instead of AS because these have TRIPE/STOMACH and after what I just went through with my stomach, I have to have these out of necessity! I will take this formulation daily for the rest of my life because it’s so healing. I’m just now adding meat back to my diet, and I can’t eat much at this time, so this supplement is greatly helping to heal my entire G.I. tract since it’s dried and powdered. Excellent product. I take and also sprinkle on my cats dry food. Helps with her itchy skin. Since using this she no longer scratches the heck out of her chin. Highly recommend. One capsule lasts about 2-3 days she's a six pound munchkin
