Not so great heating pad
Just ok. Doesn’t get or stay very hot.Thought I would like smaller size but don’t really- harder to keep where you want it

Nice heating pad
The pad gets warm, although not quite as warm as the 30 y.o. one it replaced. I'm guessing the lawyers had something to do with that. The cover is soft and the automatic shut-off works as it should. I tool off one star because of the controller. If you start on the Medium setting, for example, then want to go lower, you have to cycle up to High, then Off, then Warm, then Low. An arrow up/down button would have been preferable.

As advertised. Under the fabric cover is a wool wrap over the coils, so fireproof but not entirely spill proof, and durable nonetheless with a removeable cover.

Fantastic Heating Pad!
I have bought two heating pads by this brand and love them both. I discovered this brand on Wirecutter and haven't looked back since. They get up to a good temperature and are lightweight and soft. As someone with really bad period cramps, I've owned a lot of heating pads that either didn't heat up well or were awkward to use because the material wasn't flexible. So far, I've owned them for 6 months and they've been great.
