They don't last long but works ok for a bit.

This is perfect for our adopted and very cross eyed cat. He loves it! He drinks more too and I feel like it’s easier for him. I only have to check the level once a week or week and a half. It’s got a sort of water fountain calming noise to it. I’d recommend this to anyone.

Good pricing for filters that are effective when changed out monthly.

Although it only took about a minute to put a new filter in, one single minute was more than enough time to make him cry and moan until I made it work the way he wanted it to. In retrospect, I should have filmed his displeasure when this thing isn't working in tip-top shape. He is a huge fan of this fountain and our dog is as well. I am buying a 2nd one as a backup just in case something untoward ever happens to this beloved one...If you have an animal who is dehydrated, buy him a fountain. They won't be disappointed...

This fountain is so quiet. We have two cats, and one cat starting using it the 2nd day we had it assembled and ready for use. She loves it and plays with it too. We did have to take the flower off for her to start using it. We may put it back after a week or so, but she is really using and enjoying it without the flower. OUr other cat has always been very skittish so we are not too worried that he does not use it yet. We are very satisfied with this fountain and so glad that it is stainless steel. You really can't tell the water level without taking the top part off, but you can tell by how it bubbles. The only complaint I have is that the LED light shows only on one side of fountain. Do not really understand how to fix that problem. However, all in all we are very happy with it.
