I like everything about this journal. The color, the organization of the pages, charts and space to self-evaluate as well as space to set goals for the next month. Great value for the money.

I love this menu planner - it feels like it will be durable to use for the whole year and it looks beautiful.For my personal use I would prefer that it had fewer body measurement pages and more fitness planner pages. There is a portion of the book I won’t use at all. But, I love the menu planning pages - the lay out is great and I love that the pages are nice and thick.It’s a very attractive planner.

I love it gives you places to put goals for that month, and then a place to reflect on how that month went. Then you can set new goals for the next month. There is plenty of space to write weekly goals and there is a special space to track your weekly measurements. It comes with stickers but I got the expansion stickers and love they. I used them for motivation and it has been helping. I love the color and it is of good quality. Finally, I love that it has 3 string book makes to make my monthly and weekly food log easy to find.

This is what I have been looking for.I The name is deceptive. It is more than a meal planner; it is a companion in my fitness and health journey. it is really well laid out and helps keep track of meals yes but also workout, wellness and it s great help in achieving goals.I like that it doesnt focus on tracking macro or weight and instead provides a holistic approach to wellness with different trackers and monthly reviews.

I am super happy with my planner. It has spots for all the things I want to keep track of. I do wish it had some extra lines to after each month for just notes etc. But still a really great organizer!
