I’m not really into giving reviews but I have to make an exception on this. The product requires accuracy specially working the dimensions. Best part is everything is in YouTube. My skill level (woodworking) is not that great so I have a hard time, it’s not the product it’s my skill level. Having said that I really have a hard time, even pushing the product to the limit. Then I reach out to costumer service initially I unknowingly reach out to main Aolisheng website. After few email exchanges they referred me to Aolisheng Amazon (since I purchased my slide thru Amazon). Everything was resolve under 1 week. I highly recommend this product not only because it works good but the costumer service is exemplary.

Work

It locks into place so the keyboard doesn't move around while you are trying to type. One side is a little harder to lock into place, but if it's pulled out just right it does lock. I would purchase it again..

I got a set of the 12" ones to install a steel drawer. The clearance for screw heads, on the drawer side, is simply not enough, except for standard wood screws- tiny ones.These may be "rated" for 250 lbs., but I wouldn't trust them to for that, long- term, specifically because the screws have to be so tiny.

I mounted my laptop under my desk with a pair of slides meant for a drawer. They were kind of flimsy and my laptop fell. That will NOT happen with these slides! It was a bit of a pain to install them due to the location and the fact that the mounting holes in the slides are not of the same size. I am used to such challenges, and solved the problem. All good now.
