Works well for making yogurt.

I make 36 hr yogurt with this. It comes out very thick and taste great.

I purchased these to use when making yogurt and they are excellent for it! (I mix one capsule with 2 tbsp of sugar. Then use a mixture of 2% milk and 1/2 & 1/2 and ferment for 36 hours) I also take one on the days that I don't eat any yogurt. I find that they really help my stomach and help with keeping things "regular" when I take them consistently.

Worst product I have ever used. I use this to make Dr. Davis yogurt went to recently use capsules and they have completely harden and they are not expired till 8/25. Contacted company directly via website and they offered no resolution to the issue. So I contacted Amazon Customer Service and the Amazon rep personally contacted them on a 3 way call and they said they would issue a refund because of the issue and I never received a refund or replacement product. So They just said. That to satisfy the amazon rep. Seeing this is a health product and this company does not stand behind their products. Tells me they don’t care about products purity, or customer satisfaction. I will never purchase from this company again.

I have only used it twice to make one of the Super Gut recipes. Very satisfied so far. It taste like Pamesan Reggaino cheeze. Will be making more soon.

Can’t really tell a difference and I have to open up the capsules to make my fermented yogurt when the capsules are open, the product seems to be very hard like fillers are used. Can’t tell if it makes a difference or not.
