I bought a few rolls of this and the $50 more expensive (RadiantGUARD Ultima-FOIL DIY Radiant Barrier Commercial Grade Breathable Attic Foil Insulation) here on Amazon. I can say they are exactly the same product but this is less expensive. So far the product works as it should. The next day you could feel the difference on the sheathing that was covered and what was not. Could not find my temperature gun to get an exact measurement.

This works well at reflecting heat. It is a composite material that has a plastic core. It burns when exposed to a flame. It is a definite fire hazard. Once it starts burning it burns hot and fast like Styrofoam and plastic. It would have been nice to have it fire resistant so your whole house does not burn down. The center was wrinkled on the two rolls I purchased. It happened when the material was rolled up. I just don't think I can recommend it due to the fire hazard.
