No filter included, and 3 weeks later its shooting water out the top of the showerhead. This is not a quality product.

The product has a very beautiful design. When I installed it with my dad, he said that this product looked very premium. The current’s speed can be changed easily with the knob at the middle of the handle. The water stream is smooth and even. Also most importantly, it was easy to install and doesn’t have any leaks.One down side of the huge handle tho, is that it is too thick for the shower head holder

Was excited to receive this!! Once arrived I opened everything up to see how it works. Well come to find out you can’t change the filter. I asked the question on Amazon in case I was Having a duhh moment, but no one answered. I sent an email to the company before writing this and no response, so now we are here. What is the point of having a filter if it an not be changed once it is completely dirty. Waste of money!!

Since the shower head in my bathroom has very little water every time, and the water is very thick, it is very uncomfortable for the water to drip on the body. This shower head is very easy to use. There is a spiral pressure device behind and the water is very thin, which is very comfortable. I am going to buy a few more for my friends.

Hand held part doesn't sit snugly in the cradle. Very hard to turn the dial on/off. Doesn't stay in position when you direct the spray.Save Your $$$$$

The media could not be loaded. I used a different brand shower head with filter and it made the water stream weak and slow. This one keeps the stream strong! Also on the handle, there's a switch you can adjust the level of the stream.
