VERY GOOD Performance, reaches lower back well. Works extreamly well and is of a good build, The range of speeds are good as are the range of attacments which are very easy to change. I returned a smaller more expensive massage gun as the buttons were too stiff to operate, although a little heavy for my hand it is very manageable and used weeklyI purchased due to good reviews and pricing, the customer service id fantastic and the warranty amazing.

Appears pretty much the same as the one used by my chiropractor, but cheaper. A Christmas present to myself so I didn’t mind that it was sent out in its own packaging.The heat setting takes a while to get going but is pleasant. The different levels are good because the strongest one can be a bit too powerful for really painful areas but the less intense ones are good.Long arm means I can reach without needing help.I haven’t used the attachments yet but am happy with the item, it does what I’d hoped for and feels like a quality item.Only potential downsides I’ve found so far:Be aware it’s heavy (feels like swinging a club) so don’t drop it on your toes, head or shins. It could do some damage.It’s a bit easy to change the settings by accident when reaching for awkward areas.

I am suffering from a trapped nerve in my shoulder with the pain running down the length of my arm and into my hand. My GP won't give me anything to ease the 24/7 suffering so I have been looking for alternatives to creams and off the shelf painkillers. I wanted to try a reasonably priced massaging tool and this one seemed a good first choice. So far I have found the machine has helped ease the pain and the shape allows be to not only treat my shoulder but also is ideal for running down my arm. I like that it is cordless and is rechargeable. The handle is a good length allowing you to reach any part of your back with ease. I find it easy to use and effective. I also like to use it in conjunction with creams and gels as it helps to massage them in especially on the heat setting. I like that it has a range of speeds and pulse settings and that there are a number of easily changeable attachments. So far I am happy with my purchase especially at the price point. It has a great warranty period, and customer services are very helpful and responsive.

This is very good at helping with back and shoulder ache....However..it is heavy and cumbersome. Difficult to use alone but is effective when applied by your partner.

Excellent performance-This is amazing , light weight, easy to hold and just perfect weight for a deep, very deep massage! Intelligent design and performance! Wow! The red light heat feature is wonderfully soothing and therapeutic.

For so many years I have suffered with back pain. Over the past couple of years I have developed pains in my shoulder, neck, arm, boths wrists & both hands. Whilst waiting for a diagnosis I just couldn't take the pain in my neck, shoulder & arm anymore, in floods of tears with pain & trying to massage the areas with a wooden spoon (which then resulted in me just hitting myself with the spoon because the pain was so bad) I thought I'd have a look for some sort of massager. I knew I didn't want one of those punching guns, I wanted something that would massage me, not punch me (I can do that myself with the wooden spoon!). I found a few on Amazon but I chose this one over the others because I read about the extended warranty. When it arrived it was already charged, I have used it about 4 times & not needed to charge it yet. You can use it how it is, or you can attach one of the 4 different heads that come with it. I personally prefer using it without the heads as it gets right into the area of my neck that is causing me pain. I can see why other reviews mention about it being heavy, it's not the lightest to hold on to but if I can hold it with my dodgy wrists & hands then anyone can! It comes with a 1 year warranty which can be extended to 3 years. I had a bit of an issue extending the warranty but a quick message to Snailax on Facebook & a screenshot of my Amazon order sorted that out. Now I have peace of mind that if anything goes wrong that Snailax will recify it for me

I had to purchase this last minute as my very first Ive I purchased many years ago blew up. Oh dear. Anyway. This is newer and mire advanced and seems to be doing the job. My shoulder main is easing. Let’s hope it sorts the pain out.
