A gift for my granddaughter but one was broken
I got this as a gift for my granddaughter and when we opened it, we were concerned due to the condition of one corner of the box it arrived it. When we opened it we found that the milk and sugar set were broken. We were so disappointed. But she loves the rest of the set. She really wants to get that set to complete her set of dishes. How can we get them replaced?

Beautiful Set
The only reason I gave it 4 stars is that there are very minor imperfections. This item is more for people who like that they can tell an item is handmade and not mass produced in a factory. The minor imperfections are not something that majority of people would notice. The shape of the items are perfect just a finish was slightly messy on the very bottom of the item, I felt a bump, and the handle for the casserole dish is slightly turned off center. Otherwise the matte black is a gorgeous color and everything came intact. There's a nice weight to everything and the kit is great for a first start for all the glassware you may need for your first apartment or home. I would definitely recommend this company.

Great quality
These were well worth the purchase. They stack really well, and for the most part they are well made. Only a couple of the bowls were a little lumpy. They are easy to wash, and I haven’t seen any scratches yet.The only downsides are that the dinner plate is pretty large. If you need to reheat something and you have a spinning plate microwave that may be annoying because it may or may not fit depending on the size of your microwave. Also, the plate or bowl might get hot but the food inside it takes a while.

La compré hace poco más de un año y aún está completa la uso diario, es muy resistente el tamaño de cada pieza es excelente, solo que los platos se rayan muy ligeramente por el uso del cuchillo pero reitero es algo ligero, es una vajilla muy completa, la recomiendo ampliamente, no se arrepentirán de adquirirla

dinner plates dont spin in the microwave
Due to the size, the dinner plates do not fit in the microwave. Which is more inconvenient then I thought it would be. Otherwise a nice set.
