The BEST sugar cookies... My family made 4 doz at Christmas and bought more boxes for events through the year. These are easy to make and so tasty. I followed the exact instructions on the box and they came out perfect.

I've been searching for good gluten free sugar cookies for years (either premade, or a good recipe (which means the best ingredients to use) or a mix). This is the only thing I've found that fits the bill. I've tried numerous recipes, but they came out too crunchy or too soft, or especially the texture was never right (seems most recipes and gluten free flour blends have rice flour in them, and rice flour no matter how fine it's ground, seems to be gritty). I dislike gritty baked goods. This mix has no rice flour........uses oat flour.I did mix the dough and then put in the fridge for an hour before rolling out to make cut out cookies. The cookies kept their shape perfectly upon baking. I did bake using the longest recommended time, and I felt it was just a bit too long for my liking (cookies came out slightly harder than I prefer) so next time I will bake a couple of minutes less. The sweetness of the cookies was perfect for me.Again, I'm very grateful to find a gluten free sugar cookie mix with no rice flour. It makes a huge difference in my opinion.

I bought this to make Christmas cut out sugar cookies for my grandkids, who eat gluten-free. I was worried that it would be difficult to roll out and to manage the cookie cutters. My worries were unfounded. It made an easy-to-handle dough, and the cookies were delicious! So glad I bought this instead of trying to make gluten-free cookie dough myself. I definitely will buy it again.

I’ve been searching high and low for a good quality gluten free sugar cookie mix for my kids and I to bake this Christmas. When I stumbled upon this brand I was so excited I wanted to tell the world how amazing it was. They taste better than any sugar cookie I have ever had. They were soft and the perfect sugar cookie consistency. It was super easy and fast to mix which I appreciate because it left more room for decorating! Awesome Value, I’ll be buying these for years.

Nice mix but I normally make cookies from scratch

I’ve made cut out sugar cookies with this mix twice and it worked quite well. Once cut and on the baking sheet I put it in the freezer for 5 min before going in the oven to help hold their shape. I make sugar cookies from scratch all the time and these definitely compare. It made about 16 cookies. With one batch I also added about 1 1/2 tablespoons of dark Cocoa to make them chocolate flavored. Both times hey were very very yummy! I would definitely buy again when I don’t feel like making from scratch.

I am celiac and have to eat GF. I don't eat a lot of baked goods but at Christmas we like to use this mix for cut-out cookies. It works great. We noticed that the cookies get better after a day. Not sure if it's because of the cream cheese frosting but they are noticeably softer (but not breaking) after a day. I buy 2 boxes because we go through them so fast. My regular sugar cookies 15 years ago weren't this good. No one will know they are GF.

Used these to make Xmas cutouts. Chilled dough & was easy to roll & cut. They were delicious & tasted like our old recipe we made from scratch. We decided next Xmas we'll do these & not make 2 diff kind (gf & non gf). We have picky cookie eaters & these impressed!
