got this for my brother for his football camp. i honestly don’t know how it works but he says he loves it. his last one ripped but this one is durable. uses this almost every week for his training. honestly great for the price i paid. easy to use and attach around the waist. would buy again.

Bought these for my kid’s elementary school running club and it was very popular. We ended up buying a couple extra so more kids use this them.

Too small for resistance, and still too big for a kid
Almost no resistance. A kid can't run fast enough for it to fully deploy. With an adult running at a speed high enough for the shute to deploy, almost zero resistance.
