Koch Chemie One Cut & Finish P6.01, 250ml High Gloss Polish with Sealer, Car Polish

I own a very large car (Lexus LS430) so if I want to do a full 3 stage detail, it can take me as long as a week. So I often put it off for a good 12-18 months as I struggle for the time/motivation. Although my car has some scratches from scraping plants and branches at the side of road, my main issue was the swirls and holograms from a year plus of washing this extremely soft Japanese paint.I was basically looking for an all in one that wouldn’t just fill and then wash away 4 washes later. I’ve used a few Koch Chemie products over the last few years and although I’ve not been blown away, I’ve not had many complaints. I stumbled upon this and the corresponding one cut pads, if it does what it says on the bottle then it’s exactly what I need! I bought 3 pads. I operate on a one pad to one panel basis, so I intend to do the bonnet and two front wings one day. Clean the pads and then do the doors the next day.. and so on. Well I’ve so far done the bonnet and the two front wings, and the swirl, hologram removal is unreal. I guess the cut in this literally just about right to take out swirls, but don't expect this to do anything with scratches, even light ones. I’ve managed to take the edge off the light scratches but there’s not enough cut to remove them. Which is good as from this I’m gonna assume there’s no fillers in this product. The finish/gloss in this acceptable. You won’t get a really glossy car show finish, but I don’t think that’s what this product is all about. I recommend this if your expectations aren’t to have a completely finished detailed car. I think if you have a full 3 stage detail and you keep your car scratch free.. then this product is perfect for those maintenance sessions that take away any swirls from your contact cleans.
