Nice quality filter
I ended up not using this filter and going a different route but it was a split filter housing and seemed to be very nice. It had a great seal and was small enough to fit in tight areas.

Aftermarket part was way cheaper than new pump.
I bought this to replace a cracked one in a food truck setup. This was way cheaper than buying a whole new water pump.

Does not fit 1/2 inch ID hoses!
This is not a half inch barb. It will not fit 1/2 inch ID hoses. It is 3/8 inch.

Works Perfect
I bought these for my lawn sprayer that I pull behind the tractor. They work flawlessly and are easy to clean and installation is easy and the price is reasonable. Great Quality so far just remember to hand tighten. They fit my hose going to the tank perfectly. Just remember to look at the arrow on the filter. I have read people have been drilling them out but if you can blow thru it don’t drill it out otherwise you won’t be filtering anything. I tried to show how it works in the pictures but unless you have it in your hand and really look at it. I push lightly turning counter clockwise till I hear it click then I turn it clockwise to tighten. This keeps it from being crossed threaded and leaking. Enjoy it it really works if you just follow what I have experienced.
