Great Gift for Granddaughter

Watch doesn’t work at all!
The media could not be loaded. If I could give zero stars I would. I’m so upset… I wish I would have read the reviews. I was trying to find my daughter a gift for her birthday that didn’t break the bank and was also practical since she’s 9 and plays outside and doesn’t have a cellphone. But as most of these other reviews said… the watch turned on, then as soon as we took the back off and put the SIM card in it just stopped turning on all together. We even took the SIM card back out to see if it would at least turn back on and it doesn’t. Such a waist of money. I should have just spent twice as much on a more reliable brand. I’m really hoping I can at least get a refund, but I doubt it because who has time to return stuff… not me.

This watch is very nice for the price. The children love playing games, taking photos. Love the flashlight on it. Great gift for Christmas.

Call feature does not work on this watch.
I purchased this watch because of the features it offered and finding out that the call feature does not work.After reaching out to the company I was told that “now due to the communications ups,many carriers and regions no longer support 2G networks,the call function of our watch no longer works”had I seen it I definitely would not have purchased it much less pay the $10.00 they charged me to activate the sim.Apparently they state that it says that in the “item description “I must be looking in the wrong place.My daughter saw the little video of this watches features and wanted it so I got it for her and now a bit disappointed.
