Super Facialist Retinol - Anti-Ageing Restoring Serum, 30 ml

I have been using this for 4 weeks now, so long enough to see any effects. My face feels softer, but that's probably because I've been using it regularly whereas before I didn't regularly moisturise.My wrinkles are all still there. There has been no improvement, subtle or otherwise. No-one has commented on how I'm looking younger and that's because I'm not. It's not even made any difference to fine lines or newer wrinkles.You don't need much of it and it does leave a bit of an oily sheen on your skin. I tend to wash it all off in the morning so it's not a big deal.The only benefit for me therefore, is that my skin feels softer. There is zero improvement on the look or tone of my skin. A cheaper moisturiser would probably have done that to be fair. So that's what I'll be buying once this is all gone.

Cannot comment on the performance of the cream as I only used it a couple of times but the texture seemed nice enough. However, after a couple of days I had to throw this out as when I put it on my face the smell, which was not unpleasant as such, seemed to linger for ages. After a while I had to wash it off as it was making me feel sick. Don't get me wrong, the smell was not horrible - it was a nice smell but I felt like I had sprayed perfume all over my face which just made me feel uncomfortable. Maybe it's just me but I prefer unfragranced face creams. Apart from this, everything else about the cream seemed nice.

I bought a number of Super Facialist products together as reccomended, lovely high end products and good value. This cream has noticeable brightened my skin as part of a regime. Really pleased.

Packed well however box did look a little larger than my usual. Cream looked a slightly different shade than my usual too. Once I tested a tiny amount my face I knew it definitely wasn’t the same as the real thing. I wouldn’t buy again.

Go to bed each night with this on and feel so fresh and glowing in the morning, the collagen boosters really have smoothed out my wrinkles!
