Very helpful
I have B12 injections every 12 weeks but have found over the years that my energy levels become depleted in the last two weeks before my next injection and the doctors won't decrease the time, so I have tried these patches and have found that when I have my injection my energy levels haven't plummeted so much, so my recovery is faster. Very pleased with this product

Easy to use. Good price
Stick âem on, simple! They seem to be good. My energy level has increased somewhat but I havenât used the full course yet. Iâm hoping that itâll get even better. Good value.

Best way to get vitamins
These are bloody brilliant. I had low vitamin D before covid but obviously once we had to stay indoors much more I felt the symptoms of low vit D once again. I saw an ad for these patches on Instagram and immediately bought them. The way theyâre absorbed is much better than taking tablets and obviously will have a quicker impact on raising my vitamin D levels. I have just ran out so I am buying my second pack today. I prefer to stick them on my mid to lower back, as high as I can reach up đ Iâve found theyâre less likely to be snagged on clothing in that area. Overall a top product and definitely would recommend.

Pleased with these patches so far.
So far so good. I heard that transdermal patches absorb better than taking tablets so thought I would give these a try. Patches stick on well and don't peel off easily. They last all day, I usually forget to take them off. (The brown patch is another transdermal i was trying). Will update if they've made a difference from my next blood test.
