I just received this and am happy to say this exceeds my expectations. The high heat setting is really warm, which I was hoping for. I have a heating pad that barely gets above what I consider warm. The massage is good also. Attaching the strap and fitting it took less than a minute.The one thing I want to mention, that's not mentioned in the description but should be (as it's a big selling point) is that this not only comes with an A/C adapter but also a USB power cord. This is major because I wondered how useful this would be if I was tethered by a short power cord. But with USB power and a USB battery pack, I'm not tethered at all. It works well. That was a very nice surprise.Also not mentioned, but another good selling point, the two massage elements are free floating and fully adjustable, so they can be moved up and down, side to side freely, making it easy to place them exactly where you want the massage directed.

I got this because it has a USB power cord & the USB battery pack so I'm not tied to a cord. Yes it smells, 72 hours later it still smells the same, so I haven't been able to use it yet even though I charged it. I had a full shoulder repllacement and needed this. I'm sending back because I don't want to breath in the toxic smell. Ever the inside of the box smells bad. Must have been made in China. Disapointed.Update: I put this outside on the porch raling for a day still stunk so I sprayed both sides with Febreze Fabric spray and left it outside for another day. Stink is gone and smell nice with the Febreze. Canceled the return. For some reason the USB charge didn't take does not say how long it will take to charge . Cord is long enought to use in my chair but would be nice if the USB charged it so I can get up without having to unplug it.. Also like you can shut this off when you want unlike other ones with the Auto Shut Off. The vibrate thing hurts against my arm to bulky, wish it was flat.Last Update: After 6 days finally get use it and after for 15 minutes plugged it stopped working??Very Disappointed Returning for a Exchange.

Needed a sleeve that provided heat and massage vibrations for my shoulder due to a permanent injury. At first, I noticed the sleeve was a little hard to put on with one hand when you're trying to put it on the injured shoulder by yourself. But I've learned once you adjust the back strap after the first use, it's easier to put on one handed because the length has already been adjusted to fit your body. I found it easier to put on the strap behind your back & around your chest first, and then the one going under your injured arm if you're also trying to do this yourself.I gave it 4 stars because while the heat feels amazing, the vibrations aren't what I expected. In the sleeve, there's only 2 small square cubes that vibrate. Because these are small, even when you move these cubes to the spot on your shoulder you need, once you turn on the vibration, they constantly move out of place and you're fighting with them to keep them steady. I think this would've been better if the sleeve was sewn in a way so there's not this much room for the cubes to slide around out of place or not make these cubes at all and have a vibration pad in there instead.I'm not returning though because what I found to work was putting the cubes in the spot I want and tightening the chest strap a little more to keep them steady but this might not work for everyone.

I bought this for pain in my rotator cuff. Generally, the product works as it should, but the built-in vibrator parts are a nuisance. They free float inside the shoulder pad, and when not in use they are a hinderance to any cold therapy you use inside the sleeve. And when you do use the vibration feature, you have to shift them around to get the proper distribution of the effect.

I got this to help me recuperate from a partial tear of my rotator cuff. This massager is designed exactly like the shoulder immobilzers you can find on Amazon. Only difference is the added massage and heat. There is a pocket on the inside if you want to add an ice pack (not using the devices heat, of course). Different levels of massage and also for heat. the massaging unit insode is actually two "bullets" that I can feel inside and you can move them around where you want them. The massage vibration is very strong and feels great. Also, to note that there is an added USB cord and I saw in a previous review that someone was able to attach a battery pack to it?, for a "battery" operated device. Not sure about the strength on that, but maybe give it a try.

Stay lose at shoulder and not good quailty

Product has helped with shoulder pain. I use both the heat and massage to help . I do fund that you can move the massage boxes around a bit which can be a plus and a minus at times ( sometimes they don't stay in the spot you want)
