I've been using this blend for about 3 months now and really do notice when I miss a day. Overall, when I have a teaspoon of this in my morning coffee, my energy levels are typically both good and steady throughout the day, and my ability to focus is improved. I also really like the taste, it's not off-putting in any way and complements my coffee nicely. If you've been waiting to try adaptogenic mushrooms, this is a great starter blend. Also contains Ashwagandha, which I like. Definitely recommended.

So I was using this brand of gummy for the exact same product and realized it would be much cheaper to use the powder form. It’s taking a little time for me to get used to the powder form. It does change the taste or the flavor of my coffee and smoothie. But I’m willing to compromise a little bit of flavor for the nutrition. The gummy’s do taste great but they are costly for my budget.

Started drinking it with water after work, was being inconsistent, so started adding it to my never missed cup of of morning coffee…. Perfect…no taste and easy down. Here’s my review….always had thought to try the popular RYZE. Wasn’t in my budget. A friend brought me some because she got it and hated it. Well, understandable. It’s the most terrible tasting thing I’ve ever had. And that’s a lot for me to say. I’m sticking with this product. Results are noticeable immediately, not like other adaptogens, and the taste is fine. Choking down the RYZE!

Added this to my supplement regimen and have been really liking it so far. Better tasting than a lot of other mushroom supplements. Definitely feel an increased nootropuc effect when paired with others.

I use mushroom powder in my coffee daily. I've tried multiple brands. I recently tried this one because it was on sale. It does not taste good. I don't know if it's the ashwaganda or what, but, yuck. Also, the texture is odd. Quality mushroom powder is very fine (like powdered sugar), but this one is not. It's like the difference between powdered sugar and regular sugar in texture. Going back to my usual.
